Where is your company located?: Our main office is in Los Angeles, California, while design and manufacturing are headquartered in Hong Kong.
Do you have any retail locations?: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
How do I make changes after my order has been placed?: If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please call us at 1-833-704-6260. If it’s after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and order number if available.
How do I change the currency?: At the top of our website you will see a currency widget where you can change the currency to one of the following:

Which payment methods do you accept?: We accept PayPal Express, PayPal Credit, and all major credit cards. We DO NOT accept money orders, checks, or cash.
Why was my payment declined?: Next Necklace accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.

Are the stones real diamonds?: Most of our rings are made of 925 sterling silver and the stones are finest created sapphire. With color, clarity and excellent cut to match natural diamond standards, our fine quality created sapphire provides the perfect level of brilliance, scintillation and fire — just like a natural diamond. You won't be disappointed.
What materials are your products made from?: Most of our products are made of 100% 925 sterling silver. Silver is a precious metal, like gold and platinum. Next Necklace uses a premium anti-tarnish sterling silver for all silver products. Sterling silver jewelry is stamped with 925 to indicate the metal type.
Will this jewelry turn my skin green?: No, our jewelry won't turn your skin green. Jewelry that turns your finger green is made of copper; our rings are made of 925 sterling silver.
For the plated jewelry, I worry the color will fade off.: Please DON'T worry. We have a rigorous quality control process to ensure the quality of all of our jewelry. The plating will not fade off naturally. In the rare event that something is wrong with your jewelry, please immediately contact our customer service so we can help solve your problem. If a problem should arise and within the time limit of your warranty, we will make an exchange with you to replace your jewelry. How do I care for my jewelry?: First and foremost, avoid chemicals as they can alter the metal in your jewelry. Remove your jewelry when doing any household cleaning or wear rubber gloves to prevent chemical contact with your piece. Also, avoid chlorinated pools or hot tubs while wearing your jewelry as these will speed up the tarnishing process. We also recommend you apply any perfumes, cosmetics, and hairspray before putting on your jewelry as the chemicals may dull the shine.
Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place. Exercise care when wearing your piece as stones can chip if hit on hard surfaces. Avoid harsh chemicals, and clean your jewelry regularly.
How should I clean my jewelry?: We recommend you periodically clean your jewelry in a mixer or warm water and mild detergent to maintain its shine. Use a toothbrush or other soft brush to dislodge any pieces of dirt that may be stuck to the piece. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to polish your item and keep it lustrous.
Where do you ship to, and how much does shipping cost?: For your convenience, we ship worldwide and offer free standard shipping for most places. You can choose the shipping method during checkout.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?: Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.
When will I receive the tracking number for my order?: You usually receive the tracking number for your order once it is shipped. If you don't receive the shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number at that time, please check your spam folder in case the email got delivered there. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us.
Can I upgrade my shipping method after my order is processed?: Yes, as long as your item has not been shipped yet, we can upgrade your shipping method (if option is available). Please contact a customer service representative as soon as possible.
